Q. What is the minimum order value for new orders?

A.There is no minimum order value for plain items, however, for personalised items there is a minimum first order value of £50 net for FREE printing, minimum first order value £75 net for FREE embroidery plus £25 setup charge, for FREE embroidery and setup minimum order value must be at least £150 net. For items ordered below the minimum qty of 5 there is also a £2 charge per garment. All prices exclude VAT.

Q. What are the minimum order requirements for re-run orders?

A. For re-run orders the minimum qty is 5 of one product (this can be a mixture of sizes or colours but must be same product code), however, once that minimum qty is reach of one product you can order any qty of all other garments you require.

Q. What is the normal lead-time for orders?  Embroidered and non-embroidered?

A. For non embroidered items we quote a lead time of 3 working days, for embroidered/printed items we quote a lead time of 15 working days, for re-run items the lead time is 10 working days.

Q. If I have a deadline can you meet this?

A. Yes, if you have a specific deadline for your workwear please speak with our sales department, we'll always do our best to accommodate our customers needs.

Q. Can I send back unsuitable garments?

A. Yes. Items can be returned for either an alternative size or product or a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Unwanted items must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty, please contact you account manager.

Q. Will I get to see a proof before print/embroidery goes ahead?

A. Yes. You will receive a proof from our design department, detailing colour and size of your logo on all colours that you have ordered. This is normally emailed to you within 24-48 hrs. If you do not have an email address we can post the artwork to you for approval.

Q. How much do you charge for extra Logos? 

A. All additional logos have a one off setup fee of £25, plus a charge for embroidery. Any additional small logos will be charged at £1.50 per garment. Large back or front logos are charged at £3.95 per garment. For every £150 spent in an order you qualify for a FREE setup. For example if your order total was £300 you qualify for FREE setup and embroidery of the 1st logo and FREE setup of the 2nd logo. For more information please contact us.

Q. How many colours can I have for an embroidered logo?

A. Our embroidery machines can embroider up to 16 colours in one logo, which covers the large majority of company logos.
